The Brief
Chenoweth Business Park worked with the ‘Good Growth Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Shared Prosperity Fund’ to create eight low carbon, energy efficient business units to help the demand for commercial/business units in a rural area.

The Solution
Rhos Construction were employed as a main contractor to undertake the construction of the industrial units. Using the local supply chain and on site facilities including builders merchant, waste transfer station and recycling facility along with a ready mix concrete plant, the aim was to keep the carbon emissions down to a minimum using the local supply chain within a 30 mile radius.
